Wool Supply may have the opportunity you are looking for! Wool Supply is hiring for counter sales associates and inside sales associates at all South Florida locations.

Counter Sales Associates are responsible for attending to trade customers at our counters, located inside our warehouse. Associates will write up orders in our ERP system, pull orders, and collect payment. Counter sales associates are tasked with strengthening relationships with counter customers to grow business. Follow up and strong communication skills are required.

Inside Sales Associates are responsible for maintaining and growing business with key plumbing contractors in our market area. Daily tasks include fielding calls and emails, quoting and converting new orders, and maintaining releases for ongoing projects. In addition, sales associates are expected to continuously grow their network of business by discovering new accounts and opportunities.

The ideal candidate has the following qualifications:

• Experience and demonstrated success in sales with a wholesale plumbing supply company.
• Detailed knowledge of plumbing supplies, including pipe and fittings systems, PVC, CPVC, copper, ProPress, and PEX, water heaters, valves, drains, toilets, bathtubs, faucets, shower systems, and supply lines.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Sales experience, especially trade (B2B) either face-to-face or over the phone.
• Strong phone etiquette and communication skills.
• Ability to cultivate long-lasting relationships with new and existing customers.
